Fareway Stores hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony on Monday, July 11, for its newest Meat Market located in Olathe, Kansas.
The 7,400 SF store provides a full-service butcher counter, offers to-go barbecue meal options through McGonigle’s Kitchen including traditional Kansas City barbecue favorites like beef brisket, burnt ends, sausage rolls, pulled pork, brisket mac and cheese, steakhouse baked beans, other deli salads, and so much more will be smoked fresh and available daily.
The Meat Market also provides an impressive grocery selection, including fresh-cut produce, dairy, healthy varieties, locally sourced items, and others. Through an adjoining Wine & Spirits store, a variety of craft beer, fine wines, and top-shelf spirits are offered.
Fareway now has stores in seven states and over 130 stores. DSC broke ground on this project a year ago in July 2021.
