DSC broke ground on a new Fareway Store in October 2019 to be located in Byron, MN. The new 21,000 SF Fareway grocery will include a Spirits & More store. This comes after the city’s only grocery store ‘The Market Place’ closed last summer. The expected store completion is late this summer.

New Kwik Star Under Construction in Grimes
DSC crews broke ground in July on a new 7,500 SF Kwik Star gas station/convenience store at 2351 E 1st, Grimes, Iowa. The project also includes a detached, one-bay automatic 2,000 SF car wash. Crews will be self-performing steel erection, finish carpentry, and EPI panels. The project is slated to be completed in November.
