DSC & Fareway broke ground this past week in Kansas City, Missouri, on a new 8,700 SF Fareway Meat Market. Along with their full-service butcher counter, this location will offer to-go barbeque meals through a nearby catering business including beef brisket, burnt ends, sausage rolls, pulled pork, brisket mac and cheese, steakhouse baked beans, other deli salads, etc.
