Dean Snyder Construction broke ground on the project in the spring of 2014 to build a new seven-unit wood-framed complex in Mason City. Three of the units are 1,375 SF, 2-story with two bedrooms and attached garages. The other four units are one-bedroom condos at around 675 SF with two of them being ADA compliant.
