Project Description
The Park Centre development is located in the heart of downtown Clear Lake, Iowa. Only a block from the lake, it provides a beautiful view of Main Street, City Park, and the lake. The ground level of each of the six wood-framed units was designed to be built out as retail or office space or combined into the upper living space. A Cookies, Etc. retail bakery has thrived on the first floor of one of the units as the others have become residential units.
The units include plenty of outdoor space including the front patio and balcony and a walk-out area above the attached private garage. Dean Snyder Construction built-out each unit to the new owner’s desires, including a two-stop elevator in one of the units.
