Project Description
What was once a Mexican restaurant is now Clear Lake Waypoint Medical. DSC was awarded the construction bid to do a complete renovation of the 3,800 SF space. The new walk-in clinic includes 9 exam rooms, procedure rooms, a radiology area, nurses’ stations, a reception area, and a waiting room. The exterior received a makeover with new finishes, stone, siding, and entrance. Waypoint Medical will provide full-service family practice with lab and X-ray capabilities for patients of all ages with acute and chronic health care needs.
