Project Description
The 81,000-square-foot Clear Lake Athletics & Wellness Center, a collaboration between the City of Clear Lake and the Clear Lake Community School District, officially opened early 2022 with much excitement and anticipation from the community.
The Wellness Center features a fitness floor with suspended track, a 47,114-square-foot fieldhouse, men’s and women’s locker rooms with saunas, four multi-purpose studios, and an indoor playground.
The fieldhouse has a 200-meter indoor track, turf field marked for football and soccer, two hardwood courts and three multi-purpose courts divided by retractable
curtains. The fitness floor includes an elevated walking track, a fitness center with cardio and weightlifting equipment.
