Project Description

Utilizing the benefits of design-build, the owners of North Iowa Oral Surgery hired Dean Snyder Construction and ATURA architecture as the project delivery team to design a new facility. The new 7,400 square-foot building has space for registration, consultation, recovery, five procedure rooms, as well as convenient parking and drop-off/pick-up space. With a modified prairie school look, this new North Iowa Oral Surgery facility allows for natural light to enter and includes other energy-efficient features throughout the building.

Dean Snyder Construction and ATURA worked closely with Dr. Lyell Hogg of North Iowa Oral Surgery and Dr. Jeff Carter & Pat Carter of Practice Design Group of Austin, TX, to design a unique, innovative, and comfortable facility that meets all of their surgical needs, while also allowing for potential growth in their new building. By using a design-build delivery method, the project was cost-effective and time-efficient.

North Iowa Oral Surgery provides a full range of comprehensive oral and maxillofacial surgical services.
