Truck Center Companies

Project Description

Dean Snyder Construction, along with ATURA architecture, worked with Harrison Truck Centers (now known as Truck Center Companies) in Marshall, MN, on a new 12,000 SF design-build expansion. The company, which sells and services new and used heavy trucks, more than doubled its shop space and now has ample parts storage.

There are now 14 additional truck repair bays, 8 new doors, parts warehouse space, a new parts showroom, a conference room, new restrooms for customers, an employee locker room for men and women, a new tool room, mechanical room, and offices.

The Marshall location has grown 175% in the last year and needed to add additional mechanics, but couldn’t do so without additional space. Their current building was built in 2005 with an addition in 2013, but they were still maxed out on space. This renovation and addition matches their other facilities as they work towards updating their corporate branding.
