Truck Center Companies

Project Description

Together with ATURA architecture, our design-build team worked with Harrison Truck Centers (now known as Truck Center Companies) to expand the facility’s operations in Altoona, Iowa, through an extensive phasing plan.

DSC broke ground in the fall of 2018 on phase one of the project which included a pre-engineered 85’ x 100’ steel building addition to house quick lane/express service bays for their trucks.

This new addition allows for their clients to drop off semi-trucks in a designated area and have easy in and out repairs completed. The project also included a remodel to their existing building for a office/service write-up area and a large amount of exterior paving for a new truck/trailer parking area.

The next phase, completed a year later in 2020, included a 12,800 SF pre-engineered building for parts storage, small office space and includes a restroom and breakroom.
