Project Description
Dean Snyder Construction partnered with ATURA architecture on a new design-build 5,000 SF two-story precast addition for BMC Aggregates in Elk Run Heights, doubling their current office size.
The addition holds offices, a breakroom, and a conference room. The precast floor on the first level includes radiant heating throughout. The design also includes redoing a canopy entrance, adding an exterior facelift with a new patio, and a new parking area.
