With locations already established in Florida, Indiana, and Tennessee, DSC has successfully completed construction of the first Prime Car Wash in Iowa.
Prime Car Wash is renowned for its upscale, family-friendly experience, offering a spacious lounge with freshly brewed coffee, iPads, and other modern amenities. Customers enjoy personalized service for every vehicle, with a wide range of detailing options for those seeking premium care.
The completed 11,000 SF facility includes a single tunnel car wash lane and three dedicated bays for detailing, hand drying, and waxing. The inviting lounge and coffee bar provide a comfortable space for guests while their vehicles are being serviced.
The structure features durable masonry walls with a steel roof system over the detailing bays. The car wash tunnel incorporates masonry walls and a hollow core concrete roof, ensuring long-term strength and performance.
