DSC completed a tenant space buildout in Bennington, Nebraska, transforming an empty strip mall unit into the inviting new home for Hay Jay Café. This project marks a significant milestone for Hay Jay Café as they expanded from their previous drive-thru-only location into a space that welcomes dine-in customers and enhances their connection with the community.
The newly designed café offers a warm, family-friendly atmosphere with ample seating for customers to enjoy their favorite coffee, teas, and freshly prepared foods. A dedicated meeting room at the back provides a versatile space for gatherings, book clubs, or community events, while the drive-thru ensures the convenience their loyal customers have come to expect.
