Project Description

The City Pub project, located at 7861 Main Street in La Vista, NE, features a comprehensive tenant buildout by Dean Snyder Construction. The first floor spans 7,570 square feet and includes a full-service kitchen, a game room, a granite-topped bar, and ample seating for patrons. The second floor offers 2,960 square feet of casual bar area with easy chairs and a 1,300 square foot rooftop outdoor seating area, highlighted by a 96-inch fire pit. Accessibility is ensured through an elevator and a custom steel staircase fabricated by Dean Snyder Construction. The interior finishes boast granite countertops, high open ceilings, custom cabinetry, polished concrete floors, painted drywall walls, and custom ACT clouds.
