Project Description
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Iowa (BBBSCI) purchased a 10,500 SF building in Des Moines, Iowa, with the intention of completely renovating it to meet their growing needs for a Youth Mentoring Center. Over 60% of the building is dedicated to space for mentoring activities and will provide a safe place for high school age youth.
DSC renovated all three floors, along with exterior site work to add more green space. Asbestos abate-ment and removal was needed on all 3 floors before the renovations could begin.
