Last fall, DSC crews in Omaha completed a 12,000 SF pre-engineered storage building for Ag Processing (AGP) as part of a larger project for their new soybean processing plant near David City, NE. Now crews are back for another project, expected to be finished by May 2025.
This new 28,750-SF project includes a pre-engineered office and warehouse/maintenance building, with the 14,250 SF office featuring a wet lab, offices, conference rooms, a training room, restrooms, and locker rooms. The construction will use metal studs, drywall, paint, storefront windows, and various floor coverings like carpet, ceramic tile, epoxy, and polished concrete, along with acoustical ceiling tiles, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems. The 14,500 SF maintenance shop will include interior masonry walls, a steel mezzanine with stairs, and overhead doors.
The project also includes a two-story, 16′ x 45′ grading building, with the first floor housing a restroom, storage, and grading area, built with metal studs, drywall, paint, polished concrete, and acoustical ceiling tiles. The second floor will feature structural steel with a concrete deck, and the exterior will have two sets of galvanized stairs and landings.
