Patrick Willey has joined DSC as our new Employee Development Manager and will be based out of the Omaha office. Pat’s role will be responsible for technical
training and the creation and delivery of soft-skill training, starting with our field employees at all levels. Sample topics include feedback, coaching, delegation, leadership presence, difficult conversations to very specific construction-related topics to help grow our employees as individuals as well as construction workers.
This new position strives to show how DSC is investing in the future of our company and our employees by helping individuals reach career goals via next skills level.
He studied political science at UNO. His hobbies include cycling, European motorcycles, and technology.
Laura Nash has joined the Ankeny office as our Human Resources Manager. She will be assisting in recruitment and onboarding interviews/orientation. She previously worked for Fareway for 15.5 years.
