Dean Snyder Construction has broken ground on the future home of the Clear Lake Chamber of Commerce and Welcome Center in Clear Lake, IA.
The building, located at 205 Main Avenue in Clear Lake, has been home to the Chamber of Commerce for many years. Now, it’s getting completely remodeled with two additional floors added. The remodel will include a larger visitor center, an updated meeting room, and more. The remodel will also include a rooftop patio. This new space will serve as a welcoming hub for the community.
For now, the Chamber has temporarily relocated to 306 Main Avenue in Clear Lake, just up the street.
