This fall, Dancin’ with Roxie will have enough space to welcome new dance students. In 2006, Dancin’ with Roxie existed in only a small studio in Clear Lake. Demand lead her to buying a new building in 2015. However, it became evident in the last few years that she was already out of space and has had to turn students away. The design-build team at DSC & ATURA have started on a new expansion on her current facility that when completed, will give her a total of 5 studios.
The project includes 2 new studios that can be combined into one national sized regulation studio, an expanded lobby, study zone, café, an expansion to an already existing studio, and a parking lot expansion. The project is set to be completed this fall. Dancin’ with Roxie also has dance studios in Ankeny, Iowa Falls, and Hampton.
