Felicia previously worked for the City of Clear Lake as an Office Clerk for 2.5 years and has an AA degree in Business from NIACC. She will be performing various activities in support of project management for the Project Managers.

Natasha Marquis has joined the Clear Lake office as a Billing Specialist. She is a graduate of Newman Catholic High School in Mason City and is currently working an Accounting Degree from Upper Iowa University. Previously she worked at Iowa Mold and Tool in Garner as an accounting clerk and buyer.
