LOCATION: Clear Lake

ATURA architecture is looking for a Graphics + Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for assisting Business Development in promoting company expansion through various marketing strategies with a heavy emphasis on graphic design. The position’s main responsibility is to strategize and design creative materials for print and interactive media, such as social media, advertisements, brochures, magazines, displays, digital signage, email communications, and website to enhance company exposure and growth.


  • Conceptualizes and builds marketing brochures and flyers; prepares copy for company newsletters; prepares mailings to clients and industry contacts; and maintains database of new and existing customers and industry contacts.
  • Assist in the development and creation of visual architectural elements (photo editing, site plan design, building elements, RFP responses)
  • Creating video development; aiding designers in virtual tour flythroughs; developing video ads and firm highlights; editing timelapse footage.
  • Leads company social media and SEO initiatives; regularly develop and publish content for all platforms.
  • Assists with company advertising efforts; establishes and monitors company advertising/marketing literature; Assists in developing proposals and client presentations.
  • Assists with developing business and marketing plans; prepares news releases on new projects; and ensures professionalism of business correspondence.
  • Assist in project photography and the postproduction ­of images for insertion into marketing materials; maintains photos in a database.
  • Administers, updates, recommends enhancements to website; social media administration; research information on the web; and recommends communication and information technology upgrades to obtain cost savings or gain operational efficiency.
  • Assists in developing contract proposals and company correspondence.

Skills/Abilities/Knowledge of

  • Proficiency in publication design, design layouts for advertising, and production skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite products, website development, social media
  • Strong work ethic and highly organized, with ability to communicate, multi-task, and work under deadline pressure
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Communication, interpersonal skills as applied to interaction with coworkers, owner, and clients, etc. sufficient to exchange or convey information
  • Motivated and takes initiative to identify opportunities for brand and business growth
  • Proficient computer skills for generating reports, viewing marketing metrics, extracting data and sharing this information with other team members in project updates
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for representing the firm in public, during events and participation in trade shows


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field with a minimum of five years sales and/or marketing experience preferred; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties such as those listed above.
